We process this data to respond to your request, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the website (KVKK art. 5/2; GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Only service providers needed to run the site: our hosting and analytics provider (WordPress.com and Jetpack Stats), the form delivery service (FormSubmit), YouTube and Google (embedded videos and fonts), and an RSS conversion service (rss2json) used to display recent articles. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you do so on Substack under Substack's own privacy policy. Some of these providers are located outside Türkiye, so your data may be transferred abroad.
Messages from people who do not become clients are deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Client records, contracts and invoices are kept for the periods required by Turkish tax and commercial law.
Under the GDPR and the Turkish KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction, deletion or restriction, ask for a copy of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@risebeyondlimits.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, or in Türkiye to the KVKK Authority.

İletişim formu aracılığıyla ilettiğiniz ad soyad, e-posta adresi ve mesaj içeriği; talebinize yanıt vermek, iletişim kurmak ve işbirliği görüşmelerini yürütmek amacıyla işlenir. Ayrıca sitenin güvenliği ve işleyişi için IP adresi ve tarayıcı bilgisi gibi teknik veriler işlenebilir.
Veriler, internet sitesindeki iletişim formu ve e-posta yoluyla elektronik ortamda toplanır. Hukuki sebep: bir hakkın tesisi veya kullanılması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması, sözleşmenin kurulması ve veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati (KVKK m. 5/2).
Veriler; barındırma hizmeti sağlayıcısına (WordPress.com ve Jetpack), form iletim hizmetine (FormSubmit) ve YouTube/Google hizmetlerine, hizmetin sunulması amacıyla aktarılabilir. Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı yurt dışında bulunduğundan veriler yurt dışına aktarılabilir.
Müşteri olmayan kişilerin mesajları son iletişimden itibaren 24 ay içinde silinir. Müşteri kayıtları, sözleşmeler ve faturalar vergi ve ticaret mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır.
